Exciting changes are ahead at Phonak! You may have visited Phonak.com and/or PhonakPro.com. These websites are loaded with information, resources, and more on hearing loss and technology. The company recently announced a relaunch of its new global website. Now consumers can enjoy the value of both websites combined into one!

Phonak Site Relaunch

Formerly, Phonak had two separate websites that served similar, yet different purposes. Phonak.com has been the primary, general company website. Through this site, consumers have been able to find general information on:

• Hearing loss
• Hearing aids
• Customer support
• Hearing protection
• And take an online hearing test

PhonakPro.com was designed with a similar structure, but geared toward hearing professionals. This site consists of products, trainings, marketing, resources, electronic solutions, and so forth. Now, these two sites will be merged into one. Phonak.com will include various aspects of PhonakPro.com so that consumers and professionals have a common place to access these incredible resources.

The New Site

Phonak’s site will provide a modern user experience with a sleek design and a unique collection of helpful tips and tricks to make your life easier. The redesign will make navigating the website easier and more accessible. It will have lots of content like why hearing health matters, how you can find the right hearing care provider, or how to be successful at work or at school. Hearing care experts will provide practical tips. Detailed information is available for all products. Additional information has been added about hearing loss and how to support a loved one.
